Angelo Zaccheo - Director of Finance & Administration
Prior to his role at TWS, Angelo served in the role of Business Operations Manager at the Waldorf Academy for the 5 years. Before that, he held the role of Director of Finance and Administration at Bishop Strachan School in downtown Toronto. As a result of serving in these two roles, he brings with him a wealth of school administrative experience in both the Independent and Waldorf school settings.
Angelo is a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) with over forty years of senior financial and corporate experience.

Helen Choi – Currently on Maternity Leave - Childcare Administrator/Supervisor
Helen holds a BFA from York University and completed her Early Childhood Education program at Seneca College.
She also completed the Foundation Studies in Anthroposophy at the Rudolf Steiner College of Canada and currently taking the Waldorf Early Childhood Teacher Training for ages Birth to Seven.
She has been working in the child care/ the early years field for the past 10 years and her passion for delivering quality early years experiences and learning is what inspired her to become a part of the Child Care Faculty and the Administration team at TWS in 2018. She is an experienced administrator with a demonstrated history of working in the licensed child care field- specifically in managing and operating child care programs, serving a wide range of age groups from toddler to school-age. Since she joined TWS, she’s gained much knowledge and experienced the values of Waldorf Pedagogy and the education approach- especially, how it can truly support children’s early learning and experiences.
She has become an active advocate and supporter for Waldorf Education and hopes that many more families and children can experience holistic and deeper ways of learning.
Helene Gross - Pedagogical Administrator
Helene has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of South Africa and she completed her Waldorf teacher-training at TWS . She has also completed courses in Waldorf Education and Social Development and Leadership at the Rudolf Steiner Centre Toronto, Chicago Waldorf School, Sunbridge Institute (New York), and Rudolf Steiner College (California). She is a member of the teaching faculty of the Rudolf Steiner Centre Toronto.
Helene worked as a class teacher through the grades and a high school mathematics teacher for many years before taking on her current position as Pedagogical Administrator at TWS.
Helene’s three children attended Waldorf schools from Kindergarten through graduation in Johannesburg, Chicago and Toronto. She has served on the TWS Board for eleven years, first as a TWS faculty member and more recently as Pedagogical Administrator.
Jintana Ungsengphakorn - Senior Accountant and Analyst
Jintana has worked in the Business Office as a Senior Accountant & Analyst since 2015. Over the past 15 years, Jintana has held various Accounting roles, and has worked for various industries.
She previously held the Accountant & Analyst role at The Association for Women Rights & Development (AWID) and Finance Manager at the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation (CBCF) in downtown Toronto.
In her spare time Jintana enjoys cooking, baking, scrapbooking and travelling.
Katie Ketchum - Director of Admissions & Marketing
Katie graduated with a BA in Development Studies from the University of East Anglia in the UK. She since pursued a variety of careers, including work in Private, Not For Profit and Government Sectors as a Project Manager. She has worked in Waldorf Schools in both the US and Canada and is passionate about the benefits of Waldorf Education. Her three children attend the school.

Michelle Huppeler - Director of Human Resources and Facilities
Michelle completed her Bachelor of Arts in Ethics, Society and Law from the University of Toronto, holds a Management Certificate in Human Resources from George Brown College, and attended the Waldorf Administration and Leadership program at Antioch University in New Hampshire.
She has over 16 years of Waldorf school administration experience, and 15 years of business administration in the private corporate sector working with senior executives. Michelle’s communication, technology, and organizational skills are a great asset to the school.
She is also an alumna of the Toronto Waldorf School, parent of a Waldorf graduate, and daughter of a former Waldorf teacher.
Michelle brings a vivid and practical understanding of Waldorf principles and provides a warm and supportive presence which is always gratefully received by faculty, parents and children alike.
Ming Zhang - Business Office Accountant
Ming graduated from McGill University with a Masters degree in Accounting. She is a CPA with over 15 years of accounting experience. Ming has two children, her youngest is attending TWS.
Sara Anderson - High School Administrator & Alumni/ae Coordinator
Sara is a graduate of Toronto Waldorf School (Class of ’85) and has worked at TWS in various capacities over the years as a volunteer, High School French and English Teacher as well as Admissions Coordinator and Summer Camp Registrar.
While Sara’s background is in teaching, mainly in the field of ESL in the private school, university and corporate sectors, she has shifted her focus to private school administration. Her current roles at TWS include High School Administration, Alumni/ae Relations and International Student Admissions and Coordination.
She holds a B.A. in Linguistics from McGill University, a B.Ed. from the University of Toronto and an M.Ed. in Language Education from OISE, U of T. Sara has three children; all of whom attended TWS.

Vadim Guitman - Facilities Maintenance
Vadim came to TWS in early 2019. He received his diploma in eurythmy through the Moscow Academy of Eurythmy in the mid-90s. In 1999 he received a diploma from the Institute for Curative Education and Social Therapy in St Petersburg. He moved to the U.S. in 2001 where he worked at the Rudolf Steiner Fellowship Community in Spring Valley, New York. In 2014 Vadim graduated from the Therapeutic Eurythmy Training in North America.
